Cleaning Fee of $80 applies.
You are required to return the space at basic level of cleanliness.
Cancellation Fee
Within 24 hours of confirmation – 100% refund of Booking Fee.
More than 30 days before event date – 50% refund of Booking Fee.
Less than 30 days before event date – 0% refund of Booking Fee.
In any event of cancellation of booking, Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee will be fully refunded.
Security Deposit of $500 is required and will be refunded after event. Any lost or damages to Mosanco Space will be deducted from the security deposit.
